Evan “Evie” Mangubat is one of our physician assistants who provides valuable emergency evaluation and first-assist care at our clinics. She also specializes in post-operative care and follow-up appointments under the supervision of our experienced team of physicians.
Evie began her career by earning her EMT-B certificate from Moreno Valley College before working as an EMT providing emergency medical care. She then earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with emphasis on Medical Sciences from the University of California in Riverside. From there, she earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier. Finally, she completed a one-year professional study in medicine at the China Medical University in Shenyang.
Evie is strongly dedicated to her professional development and continues to prepare and present on hand and upper extremity conditions and diagnoses to her peers. She also enjoys spending time with her patients, prioritizing comfort and helping them feel confident making informed decisions about their care. She is a wealth of knowledge and takes time to completely answer questions about treatment and recovery. During her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, hiking, exploring nature, and riding her motorcycle.
