Evan “Evie” Mangubat earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with an emphasis in Medical Sciences from the University of California Riverside, Riverside, California and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Southern California University of Health Sciences, Whittier, California. She completed a one-year professional study in medicine at China Medical University, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. Evie earned her EMT-B certificate from Moreno Valley College, Moreno Valley, California, and worked as an EMT providing emergency medical aid before joining Regional Hand Center.
Evie evaluates emergency injuries, performs patient post-operative and follow-up encounters in our clinics, and provides first-assist in our surgery center. She possesses a strong commitment to her profession, regularly preparing and presenting continuing education on diagnosing and treating hand and upper extremity conditions to her peers.
Evie enjoys spending time with her patients. She will prioritize your comfort, provide you with the confidence required to make informed decisions, answer any questions you may have about treatment and recovery, and ensure that you’re receiving the best possible care.
Outside of work, Evie enjoys riding her motorcycle, hiking, exploring nature, and spending time with her friends.
